These are articles I wrote for the Lindenwood Legacy. I was an editorial columnist and really enjoyed sharing my opinions about things that were going on both at school and in the world. I was not afraid to share my feelings, and was sometimes surprised that they printed what I wrote.
Career Decisions - This was an article on from my blog that the website Brazen Careerist picked up and featured on their website. At the time, I was unsure of what I wanted to do with my life, and I mostly chronicled the thought process and emotions I went through when writing this piece.
Stop Dragging Your Feet - This was an article I wrote for the Scottrade blog during my time as a social media intern.
Video Editing and Reporting
This was a feature story for a class in video production, and it also aired on LUTV news (Lindenwood University’s tv station). The requirements included a stand-up introduction, at least one sit-down interview with proper 3-point lighting techniques, voice-over narration, and varied and interesting B-roll. I am particularly fond of this project because it is not just a showcase of my skills, but also my cousin’s.
This was a project a friend and I created as a memory for my father and his friends in the Air National Guard. Here, I did reporting and narration, camera work, and edited part of the film.
