Sarah Ball is an Information Technology student at Southern New Hampshire University. She currently works full-time in tech support at a small Saint Louis-based company. She assists with managing computers and media at First Baptist Church of Harvester as a volunteer. She has experience in solving technical problems through working at the Edward Jones IT Helpdesk and has also held several customer service positions. She has worked as an editorial writer at the Lindenwood Legacy college newspaper, has written several blogs, was a producer at LUTV news, and even worked as a claims adjuster at Metlife Auto and Home.
She has a passion for technology and hopes to be able to use that passion to fuel a career in IT.
When she’s not busy playing with computers, Sarah enjoys romping around with her dog, reading every book she can get her hands on, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
